do you work with busy/irregular schedules?Yes. We schedule in‑person sessions on a week‑to‑week basis, which gives you flexibility if your routine changes often. We do our best to align with your availability so you can stay consistent even with a busy lifestyle.
do you require long-term contracts. and what are your training rates?No, long‑term contracts are not required. You can train month‑to‑month. However, choosing a longer commitment does lower your monthly rate, making it more cost‑effective if you plan to stay consistent.
In‑person sessions start at $45 per session, with pricing varying based on how often you train and the length of each session. Ask about our Better Together Membership to learn how you can save 80% when you train with a partner.
do i need a gym membership?No. Access to our private training facility is included in your monthly rate. Please note: this is not an open gym. You can only train in the facility during your scheduled session with your coach.
i haven't worked out in years, is this the right fit for me?Absolutely. Our coaching is designed to meet you exactly where you are. We build your strength, confidence, and consistency at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. It’s never too late to make your health a priority.
