your shift strategy

Your quarterly goal is the bridge between where you are now and the bigger goal you’re working toward. Think of it as a focused checkpoint on the way to your long‑term goal.

If your overall goal is to lose 50 lbs, your quarterly goal might be “lose 8 lbs.” If you’re chasing a strength milestone like a bigger squat PR, your quarterly goal might be “increase my squat by 10 lbs.” This step is about clarity and direction. Choose a target that feels challenging but achievable and keeps you moving forward with purpose.

The habits you select should directly support the goal you set for this quarter. You’ll choose two habits in each category, but remember: we don’t stack everything at once. In the app, these habits will be slowly added in so you have a chance to build consistency.

The approach is simple: start with one habit, get really good at it, and then add the next. This is how real change sticks.

Small shifts done consistently create big results.
